These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Alamo Label Co.’s website and your purchase of custom label printing and related services. By submitting an order, approving a proof, or completing payment, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request, including quantity, size, shape, material, finishing, artwork condition, turnaround, and delivery requirements. A quote may be revised if specifications change, artwork requires additional work, or information provided with the request is incomplete or inaccurate.
You represent that you own, license, or otherwise have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, and other content you submit to Alamo Label Co. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe another party’s intellectual-property or other rights and is lawful to reproduce.
When a proof is provided, you are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, grammar, numbers, colors, layout, dimensions, orientation, cut lines, quantities, and other visible design details before approval. When you click Approve Proof, you confirm that the displayed artwork is final and authorize Alamo Label Co. to proceed with that approved artwork. If a correction is needed, you must request changes before approval. Changes requested after approval may require a new quote, additional fees, and a revised production schedule.
Colors viewed on screens can differ from printed output because displays, materials, inks, coatings, lighting, and production conditions vary. Unless Alamo Label Co. expressly agrees in writing to a specific color-matching standard, reasonable manufacturing and color variations are not considered defects.
Payment is due as presented during checkout or as otherwise agreed in writing. Production may not begin until required proof approval and payment have been received. Payment processing is handled through available third-party payment providers. Prices and applicable taxes, shipping, rush charges, or other fees will be shown or communicated before payment where applicable.
Turnaround estimates begin after Alamo Label Co. has received all items required to begin production, including final proof approval and cleared payment, unless otherwise stated in writing. Turnaround dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless Alamo Label Co. expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Alamo Label Co. ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within our eligible shipping area. The $100 minimum is calculated before applicable taxes and shipping charges. Orders below $100 are subject to the shipping rates displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping services, when available, are charged separately.
Local Delivery: Free local delivery is available to eligible addresses within our designated San Antonio delivery area. Eligibility is determined by the shipping address entered at checkout.
Shipping and delivery estimates may be affected by carriers and circumstances outside Alamo Label Co.’s reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and promptly reporting shipment problems.
Labels are custom-made products. Cancellation, refund, reprint, and return eligibility is governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy. Approved custom work that has entered production generally cannot be canceled or returned merely because the customer changes their mind.
If you believe Alamo Label Co. produced an order materially different from the final approved proof or agreed specifications, contact us promptly with the order number, description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate. We may request return or inspection of affected products before determining an appropriate remedy.
Rewards and referral credits are subject to the Alamo Rewards & Referral Credit Terms. Credits have no cash value unless required by law and may be subject to eligibility, verification, redemption, and anti-abuse rules.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, engage in fraud, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alamo Label Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from an order or use of the website. Any liability for a specific order will be limited to the amount paid for the affected goods or services, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order will generally govern that order unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
