Alamo Rewards & Referral Credit Terms

These terms apply to Alamo Label Co.’s referral rewards and store-credit program.

Eligibility

Participation is subject to any eligibility requirements stated on the Refer & Earn page or in a specific promotion. Alamo Label Co. may verify referrals, purchases, account ownership, and other information before issuing credit.

When Credit Is Earned

Referral credit is earned only when the applicable referral requirements have been satisfied. A referral may need to be a new customer and may need to complete and pay for a qualifying order before credit becomes available. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn credit and may cause previously issued credit to be reversed.

Using Credit

Available credit may appear at checkout as Alamo Rewards & Referral Credit. Eligible credit may be applied toward qualifying purchases, subject to any limits shown at checkout or in the applicable promotion. If available credit is less than the order total, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

No Cash Value

Credits are promotional store value, are not cash, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Credits may not be sold or transferred unless Alamo Label Co. expressly permits it.

Returns and Cancellations

If an order that generated referral credit is canceled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be ineligible, associated credit may be withheld or reversed. If an order purchased with credit is refunded, the portion paid with credit may be restored as store credit rather than paid in cash, as appropriate.

Abuse

Alamo Label Co. may withhold, reverse, or cancel credits associated with fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, misleading promotion, automated activity, or other abuse of the program.

Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program or change future earning and redemption rules. Changes will not unlawfully eliminate rights already vested under applicable law.
